Project 1

Well my intentions for my design were much better than the way it came out because i was pressed for time. I did want to show that i want the world to go back to the sixties, which is why i incorporated the rainbow peace symbol and all the colors. people were a lot more happier and free spirited back then. i think in this time of poverty and suffering, reverting back to those times may give people more vest for life. but my project lacked the graphics that i really wanted to put in it to exert these views. i used the rectangle tool, the paint bucket, the eraser tool, and the marquee tool for selection purposes.

Lab 4

1)What were your initial goals for the page banner?
- My initial goals for this banner was to make my website appealing to teenagers, so that they would get the idea that the site was a fun helpful site.

2)What design concepts and principles did you incorporate into the page banner?
- I wanted to incorporate the picture of happy well rounded teens so that viewers can get the right impression of my page.

3)How was each design concept intended to contribute to communicating the purpose of the page banner?
-the fun colors and the pictures were added to attract teens of all ages and races.

4)Do you have new goals in mind for the page banner? If so, what are they and why?
- Since my partner and i want to incorporate technology into our webpage i will have to add some type of technology aspect to it.

Lab 3

1) What were your initial goals for this logo?

i wanted my name plate to be very colorful and to express me. i love this colors pink and purple so they were my basis on the color palate. i also like over lapping boxes so i mad my background but also made colored boxes on top of it with different fills and strokes.

2) Does the logo you have match the initial goals? Why or why not?

i think that my logo has become way more than what i expected it to be. i didnt think that i would have all the filters and effects on it as i do. i was very satisfied with it.

Expectations Of Web Design

I really didnt know what to expect when first receiving this class. After the first class I atteneded, I thought about all the skills I may be able to leave this class with. I expect that i will be able to have some type of futher knowledge with creating web pages and graphics. The expectations from my teacher is the ability to make sure that we all have an understanding what our giving assignment and the steps we have to take to complete it. My expectations from my classmates are for all of us to have respect for everyone,to allow each their right to learn and not delay the class.
